Software License

### 1. License grant Subject to these agreements, Vecsynflo grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the current hosted WorkSpace features included in your account's Free or Pro entitlement. This license permits lawful personal and work use, including organizing your own links and information, and permits the browser copies necessary to use the Service. ### 2. Ownership and restrictions Vecsynflo retains ownership of its software, branding and documentation. Except as expressly permitted by this license or applicable law, you may not sell or sublicense the software, redistribute it as your own product, remove ownership notices, resell access through a shared paid account, or copy protected code or branding into a competing distribution. These restrictions do not apply to your own information, ordinary links or lawful exports. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses. This agreement does not restrict rights that applicable law requires Vecsynflo to preserve. ### 3. Scope of the purchase A WorkSpace purchase covers the hosted Service described in the Terms of Service. It does not include a standalone installation, delivery of source code or a license to a separate future product.
