Terms of Service

### 1. The agreement These Terms govern your use of the Vecsynflo website and hosted WorkSpace service, together referred to as the “Service.” The Service is provided by Vecsynflo LLC (“Vecsynflo,” “we,” or “us”), 844 E Prince Rd, Tucson, AZ 85719, United States. Questions concerning these Terms should be sent to support@vecsynflo.com. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your login credentials, and accessing only accounts and information you are entitled to use. ### 2. Free and Pro accounts WorkSpace Free includes one personal desktop. WorkSpace Pro includes five personal desktops and the Pro customization features available at the time of purchase. Features described as “Coming Soon,” including widgets, are not currently included, and no release date is promised. The Pro launch price is a single payment of $6.99 USD, plus applicable tax. There is no recurring subscription charge. The total amount payable, including tax, will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Sales are initially limited to customers in the United States. ### 3. Duration and availability A Pro purchase grants the purchasing account continuing access to the applicable Pro features for as long as Vecsynflo provides the hosted Service, subject to these Terms. A one-time payment does not include a commitment to operate the Service indefinitely or to provide lifetime support, uninterrupted access, or separate future products. Vecsynflo may maintain and modify the Service. Changes will not alter the price paid or replace the terms recorded for a completed purchase retroactively. Material changes to the terms governing future use will be disclosed before any new acceptance is requested. ### 4. Your information and use of the Service You retain ownership of the information you submit to the Service. You authorize Vecsynflo to process that information as necessary to provide, synchronize, secure and support your account, as described in the Privacy Notice. This permission does not transfer ownership of your information to Vecsynflo. You may use your account for lawful personal or work activities. A personal WorkSpace purchase does not constitute an organizational service agreement or authorize you to enter into a contract on an employer's behalf. ### 5. Restrictions and account access Use of the Service is subject to the Software License and Acceptable Use Policy below. Vecsynflo may restrict account access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity, a security incident or a payment dispute. A refund or payment dispute may affect Pro access as provided in the Refund Policy. For account or billing assistance, contact support@vecsynflo.com. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
