Privacy Notice

Version 1.0

### 1. Information we process Vecsynflo LLC operates the Service. Privacy requests may be sent to support@vecsynflo.com or to 844 E Prince Rd, Tucson, AZ 85719, United States. We process the account information you provide, including your name and email address; information used to verify or recover your account; authentication and security records; license and purchase records; and the WorkSpace settings you choose to synchronize. Synchronized settings may include shortcut names and complete destination URLs, groups, desktop layouts, appearance settings and search-provider preferences. A URL may contain private information, including internal system names or query parameters. Passwords and access tokens should not be included in shortcut URLs. Session records include IP addresses and browser user-agent information. Remembered-device diagnostics may also include browser, operating system, build and viewport information. The device setting controls those optional diagnostic fields. Disabling them does not delete authentication sessions, security records or purchase records. Where agreement acceptance is recorded, the record includes the applicable policy version and text identity, the affirmative acceptance action and its time. ### 2. How information is used and accessed We use this information to administer accounts, synchronize WorkSpace settings, fulfill purchases, provide verification and recovery messages, respond to support requests and protect the Service. The Service is hosted on servers operated for Vecsynflo. Authorized operators can access hosted databases and backups, and internal account administrators can view account and purchase metadata. Customers should therefore understand that settings stored in the hosted Service are accessible to personnel with the relevant administrative privileges. ### 3. Service providers and external sites Our hosting provider operates the servers used by the Service. Stripe processes checkout and payment information, including card details entered in Stripe Checkout. Our account-email provider, Microsoft 365, accessed through Microsoft Graph, processes the recipient address and message contents needed for account verification and recovery. Opening a shortcut connects your browser to the selected destination. External sites, search providers, icon services and remotely loaded fonts may receive requests from your browser. Their handling of those requests is governed by their own privacy practices. We disclose information to service providers as needed for the purposes described in this Notice, at your direction, or when required by law. ### 4. Ownership and prohibited uses Your information remains yours. Vecsynflo does not sell your personal information, use your private desktop settings for targeted advertising, or use those settings to train artificial intelligence models. ### 5. Retention and requests We retain information for as long as it is needed to provide your account, address billing or security matters, or satisfy legal obligations. Copies held in backups may remain until the relevant backups expire; removal from the active Service does not necessarily result in immediate removal from every backup. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting support@vecsynflo.com. We will verify the request and explain any applicable legal, security or financial-record exception. Deletion requests must be submitted by email; the current release does not provide a self-service deletion control. We use safeguards to protect information processed through the Service. No internet service can guarantee that information will be protected against every security risk.
